How long has it god yam been I miss my followers?! My Tumblr wouldnt load on the app for the past few months but i am bacccckkkk
so-
i’ve been trying to stay positive during the move and even though my boyfriend and i went through hell and back, i was still trying to push forward-
but many of you don’t know:
i paid 2 thousand dollars to move into a place in Miami
and we were scammed out of the place
the lady was a “family” friend of my dad’s
and she said she would refund me the money.
it’s been 2 fucking weeks and she STILL hasn’t sent the money.
i’ve already gone through a similar situation in the past, where I gave someone 200 dollars to move into somewhere and was never given the money back
the guy literally laughed in my face when i said i’d call the cops
then i did
i was referred to civil court
and i spoke to a couple different lawyers and because of my situation, i’d spend more money trying to get that amount back then anything else.
and now with this situation there’s even less evidence, like-
i’m still going to go to court if she really won’t give me my money back
but the process is going to take months AND she’s out of state?
right now my boyfriend and i are sharing a room at his mother’s place.
all of our stuff is in this room and there’s no AC and and and-
we are in the middle of nowhere practically.
my boyfriend’s new job he just got is like 30 minutes away and that’s without counting traffic.
we have several places we could move into here because it’s so fucking cheap.
but without that 2 thousand, we’re fucking stuck.
